| What to do with leftovers | Freeze in ice cube tray and store in a resealable bag in freezer. Add to soups, stews, sauces for additional flavor. |
| Leftover broth | Freeze leftover or homemade broth in 1-cup muffin tins. When frozen, pop the portions out of the tin and store them in a resealable bag in freezer. |
| Leftover fresh herbs | Rosemary, sage, thyme and oregano can be frozen in ice cube trays. Place some herbs in each compartment and fill with olive oil. Freeze and store them in a resealable bag in freezer. Next time you start a recipe with oil use the herb-infused frozen oil for extra flavour! |
| Leftover pasta | Let cool, place in plastic bag, squeeze air out and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Use for salads or as side dish. Reheat in a sauce or in microwave. |
